Concealed Az Is Now Participating In The Arizona Department Of Public Safety's (AZ DPS) Online CCW Application Process!
You No Longer Have To Bring A Money Order To Class.
There is no need to look around the streets for a cash order that is $60. You can sign up for an account with AZ DPS and pay with your debit or credit card.
You can complete your application online using AZ DPS.
Do not worry about sending in your application. There is no need to worry about whether AZ DPS has received your application form. There is no need to worry about the AZ DPS mailing address, the size of an envelope, or what amount of postage is required. You will be provided with an envelope to submit your fingerprints in order to complete your application.
Once you have completed your online application, you will be able to login and view the status of your application.
You can log in to your account to view the status of your application after you have created an account with Arizona Department of Public Safety. You will no longer have to wait for a response to find out if AZ DPS has received your application or whether the process is in progress.
There is no need to look for a copier to copy your documents. Snap a photo of your documents and upload them to.
It is now possible to use the online scanner to scan your documents. You can submit to AZ DPS all the documentation you need. Photograph your Certificate of Completion. Driver's License. Passport. Immigration card. Restoration of rights and Set Aside, or Expungement. You can upload them all using a picture taken from your phone or an image file stored on your computer.
Log in to your account and renew, update or change your address, as well as any other changes you might require.
When you log into your account, it allows you to renew your account, change the address of your home, or make any other changes that are required. You can renew or update your account on the internet when it's time to renew, or if you have to alter your address or name because of the marriage or relocation.
You can now see the status of your application, without having to wait for a response by calling Arizona DPS
You can verify the status of your application by logging in to your AZ DPS Account. It was accepted and sent out, or rejected.
Benefits of having your Concealed Carry Permit
- You skip federal NICS background check because you are pre-approved by Arizona Department of Public Safety to purchase a firearm
- No NICS history for federal authorities to track. You cannot enter an a bar or restaurant that serves liquor without an Arizona State Issued concealed carry permit.
- With an Arizona CCW permit you will not have to go through the delay of a background check while purchasing your firearm called a NICS Check.
- When interacting with law enforcement, the officer will know that you have taken training and that you have passed a thorough background check with your fingerprints and not a felon.
- With new federal laws you will now be able to carry your concealed firearm in National Parks subject to state laws in which the park resides
