The West End Service Station is partnering with the Metro East Humane Society for a pet adoption event. Whisker Bones will be there, too, to feature their products and offer pet tips. The Edwardsville Public Library will be there for some "read to a dog" activities, and -- if that's not enough! -- Rae's Cafe will be there with some treats for the public.
