Join us at Original Pattern Brewing for a brand-new celebration of fresh wet-hop beer, bringing together 30 breweries from up and down the West Coast for one incredible afternoon of freshly harvested hops, freshly brewed beer, live music, and local eats.

So, what makes wet-hop beer so special?

Unlike traditional dried hops, wet hops are harvested and brewed with fresh hops within hours of leaving the farm. Being just a short drive from some of the country’s best hop-growing regions gives West Coast brewers a unique opportunity to work with these incredibly fresh hops at the peak of their harvest.

The result? Beers that showcase the bright, vibrant, and uniquely fresh character of the hop in a way you simply can't get from traditional dried hops. Brewing with wet hops is a rare opportunity, and we're excited to bring together breweries from across the coast to celebrate this special part of the harvest season.
