Join us for West Coast Swing dance class on the West Side in Yarraville!WCS is danced to current music you hear today from such artists as Ed Sheeran, Jason Darulo, Troye Sivan, Jordy... in fact pretty much any music that goes "boom-chick-boom-chick".
The fun doesn't stop there though, as WCS can be danced to music from the 20s, 30s, 40s all the way to the present, and even to swung beats such as Blues!
You can incorporate movements from other dance styles into the framework of WCS, and really express yourself with a touch of Salsa, Tango, Hip Hop and more :-)
These classes are perfect for beginners wanting to try out something new and learn the basics, as well as for more experienced dancers wanting to cement their basics and add layers of technique.
A basic is only basic when you don't dress it up with technique, flair and style!
