Enjoy a guided tasting of three cheeses made in California, Washington, or Oregon paired with three complementary wines from the same region. You'll discover what a difference the milk makes, a little about how both the cheeses and the wines are created, and pick up tips on pairing cheese with wine.

• 3 Cheeses made in either Washington, Oregon, or California

• 3 Wines from the same region

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
