The 43rd Annual West Central Neighborhood Home and Garden Tour welcomes ticket holders to our historic neighborhood from 11 am to 5 pm, September 6 & 7.
The tour will highlight 9 homes in an effort to promote neighborhood revitalization and historic preservation.
Tour an eclectic variety of houses, learn about their history and architecture, and explore how the homeowners have preserved, renovated, and decorated their homes.

Enjoy free trolley rides between stops or take in the ambiance and beauty of our neighborhood as you stroll our tree-lined streets.

There are also two ticket booths for you to buy tickets in person for $20 the weekend of the event: at ArtsFest on the corner of W. Wayne & Union, or at the entrance to the Swinney Park tennis courts at W. Jefferson & Garden.
As a part of the Home & Garden Tour, enjoy ArtsFest, a FREE art fair with live music and food trucks throughout the weekend. This will take place on W. Wayne, between Van Buren and College. There are also a number of resident artists who are hosting an Art Space at their home or studio for you to visit and enjoy.
Your ticket is good for one or both days. Children 12 and under are free. No strollers or animals are allowed in the homes or gardens. Due to the historic nature of the homes, many of them are not ADA complaint.
