This session is hosted by MaxStrength Fitness Steiner Ranch, where we’ll step into a different kind of wellness conversation—one focused on strength, longevity, and feeling your best at every stage of life.

You’ll get a brief, hands-on look at how their signature 20-minute workout works, followed by an informative discussion on the benefits of strength training—especially as women get older. No pressure, no pitch—just practical insights you can take with you.
