It's time to WERQ hard and do good!Join your team of instructors for a charityWERQ event benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Illinois.
Sunday, September 29th
NEW LOCATION! Dance Creations Dance Studio- Springfield
12:00p - doors open (start bidding on those auction items!)
12:20p - welcome from BBBS rep and instructor intros
12:30p - we press play for the ~75 minute playlist
1:45p - auction winners announced
Cost - donation of $15 in advance, payable to any local instructor. Cash or check (made payable to BBBS of Central IL) prefered. Day of event - $20, cash or check only.
This is a FAMILY-FRIENDLY event. Minors under age 16 are FREE with a donating attending adult.
Are you a Big? Bring your Little and you both WERQ out for free!
We'll have raffle tickets, a silent auction, treats and a table set up with a BBBS rep, who will be available to share all of the volunteer options with you.
One of the few that hasn't tried WERQ yet??? We've been waiting for you! WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip hop music. Our mission is to create a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community. Your team of licensed instructors will "Q" you in advance of the choreographed, patterned moves, and will provide you with modifications in order for you to make the WERQout successful for YOU! Best part? ZERO dance experience needed!
