Join us for the Gregg Wenzel ’91 Memorial 5K Run/Walk around the Binghamton University campus. Open to all, this event honors Wenzel, a triathlete, former member of the men’s varsity swimming and diving team, and proud Bearcat, who was killed in a car accident in July 2003 while serving as a CIA director of operations in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Race check-in and on-site registration will be at the West Gym. The 5K will start and finish at the Gregg Wenzel Memorial statue on Bearcat Boulevard. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers in each age category.
