Broome County Department of Parks, Recreation & Youth Services is pleased to announce the 10th Annual Scarecrow Display Contest, to take place at Otsiningo Park in the Town of Dickinson, October 1-24, 2025.
Individuals, families, businesses, clubs, groups and organizations may enter for a chance to win prizes. Entry is FREE of charge for this event.
Visit https://broomecountyny.gov/parks/events/scarecrowcontest for entry form. Entry forms are due by September 25, 2025.
Scarecrows must be completed and set up at the Otsiningo Park between September 27th- September 30th.
Vote for your favorite scarecrow by visiting Otsiningo Park and cast your vote at the voting station!!! Voting begins 10/1/25-10/24/25.
Winners will be announced October 27th!
