About this Event
Becky Humphreys, Customer Service Assistant (Library and Learning Services):
Join me for an exciting journey into Welsh mythology, where ancient legends meet breathtaking landscapes. We’ll explore the origins of King Arthur, the symbolism behind the iconic dragon on the Welsh flag, and dive into the mysteries of Wales’s very own 'Atlantis.' Unearth stories from some of the oldest and most fascinating literary works in Britain, filled with magic, heroes, and the supernatural. Prepare for a talk packed with history, folklore, and tales that will transport you into a world of wonder.
'So, here's the thing...' gives people an opportunity to talk to an audience about something they are passionate or knowledgeable about. Hosted by Library and Learning Services at the University of Northampton, students, staff and members of the public are all welcome.
Members of the public will need to request a Visitor Pass in advance to access the venue.
