Michelle and I are delighted to invite you to our day retreat � A whole day focused on connection, healing and relaxation. Some of the things you can expect are;

The day will be hosted in Kemnay Village Hall from 10-3. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal & pen and a cold drink.
