Join us on the grounds of the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum on Lakeland Drive the last Saturday of September for the 42nd annual WellsFest, Jackson's original and longest-running music festival! The daylong outdoor event features
✅ Non-stop music on two stages
✅ A variety of food trucks
✅ A play area for children with inflatables, easy-to-win games and creative activities
✅ Arts and crafts vendors from around Mississippi
✅ A huge plant sale including unique and pass-a-long plants.
✅ An online auction full of bargains donated by local merchants and restaurants
✅ Free admission to the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum
Admission is FREE. 100% of the proceeds from this family-friendly music festival benefit a different local non-profit each year. This year's beneficiary is Shower Power.
The festival has been named one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast, has received the Governor's Award for Excellence in The Arts, and has received the GIVE (Governor's Initiative for Volunteer Excellence) Award.
The music lineup includes some of the best and most beloved artists in the metro area. Entertainers generously donate their time and talent to provide continuous music throughout the day.
