Wellness Workshop - MAR 22

The Wellness Workshop is designed to equip attendees with the tools and knowledge necessary to prioritize their mental and physical health. The workshop will include the following components:

⚕️ Local Wellness Resources: Local wellness experts and clinicians will be readily available to provide resources and information to attendees, answering their questions and offering guidance both individually and through open panel discussions.
⚕️Local Wellness Retailers: Local retailers who offer retail items and services in the health and wellness industry will be available to offer relaxing services like mini massages, facials, candles, etc.
🎨 Interactive Art Activities: The workshop will feature interactive activities designed to nurture both mental wellness through artistic expression. 🤝 Community &Connection: Make deep connections with like-minded individuals who share your passion for art and mental health.
