Come join us for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation at our Wellness Workshop for Wildfire Relief! This in-person event will feature a variety of activities focused on promoting physical and mental well-being. Through meditation, yoga, breathwork and Reiki healing we will ground our energy, strengthen our nervous system and calm our mind. No experience necessary. All proceeds from this workshop will go towards supporting those affected by wildfires. Let's come together to heal and make a difference!

**All Proceeds to Benefit:

The Fuerza Fund (https://afabc.org/fuerza-fund/)- A dedicated initiative to provide essential resources to unique families and workers who were affected by the fires. They are providing immediate and direct emergency cash assistance to workers and unique households impacted by the wildfires, ensuring no one is left behind.

The Starky Hearing Foundation (https://www.starkeyhearingfoundation.org) - Many people lost the invaluable sense of hearing along with their homes during the fires, as their hearing aids were left behind. Insurance does not cover the cost of these, so this foundation has committed to replace those that were left behind in the fires.

Healing Force of the Universe (https://healingforcerecords.com) - So many businesses have been affected by having to evacuate and close their doors during the fires. Part record store, event space, music venue and music class, Healing Force of the Universe has offered to host our event and we would like to give back to them to help keep their doors open so that they can continue to spread the healing force of music to the community.
