People were made for community, however many experience bouts of loneliness and isolation. This workshop will shed light on their respective causes and health implications and well as provide tools to stay connected to others.
The City of Springboro partners with Premier Health for a speaker series on the third Tuesday of each month. A variety of health and wellness topics are covered, including those that affect older citizens. All presentations are free and open to the public. For more information, call 937-748-5774.
