After two great walks and an incredible response from our community, we’re keeping the momentum going. With the Florida summer heat in full force, we’re starting bright and early at 7:00 AM so we can enjoy cooler temperatures, get moving, and start the day feeling good.
Whether you’re looking to get more active, meet new people, enjoy the beauty of Kings Bay, or simply take some time for yourself, this walk is for you.
This isn’t a race or a fitness competition. It’s an opportunity to step away from the daily grind, get some fresh air, move your body, and connect with others who are making their health and wellness a priority.
Bring a friend, family member, coworker, or come on your own. Everyone is welcome, and participation is completely free.

⏰ NEW SUMMER START TIME: 7:00 AM
We’ll meet at the WAVE office, walk the Kings Bay Loop together, and return to the office following the walk.
Distance: Approximately 3.1 miles
Our goal is to continue building a monthly community event that encourages healthier habits, meaningful conversations, and stronger connections throughout Citrus County.
