Wellness Weekend Outdoor Pilates with Club Pilates

Join us for an outdoor mat pilates class at Montgomery Village hosted by Club Pilates. This full-body workout helps to enhance core strength, flexibility and body awareness through controlled movements. Designed to be low-impact and accessible, this class is perfect for all fitness levels—whether you're just getting started or looking to deepen your practice. Proceeds benefit Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin.

Following our session, attendees are invited to a pre-hours private shopping event at FP Movement, where we'll enjoy light refreshments and anyone who makes a purchase will receive a special gift.

By registering and attending this class, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release and Waiver.

This event will take place at the Montgomery Village Courtyard, in the outdoor area near FP Movement (725 Village Court). Please wear layers, sunscreen and don't forget your sunglasses!

Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat for additional support. Please bring your own water bottle.
