Through guided visualization and writing exercises, you’ll design your dream day in 2035 and craft a powerful vision for your future. This is your chance to dream big, fearlessly, and intentionally.

Imagine it’s January 2035. Close your eyes and picture your life. Where are you? What kind of home surrounds you? Is it a cozy apartment, a house in the countryside, or a bustling city? What does your bed feel like?

Step into your day. What are you wearing? Who do you live with? Do you have pets? Think about the sounds, smells, and textures that make your space home.

What’s your morning routine? Are you sipping tea or coffee? Journaling or reading? Picture your work—a career, passion, or creative pursuit. Who do you interact with?

Dream big. Do you have a car or a boat? Where do you travel? What excites you? How do you care for your body and mind?

End your day intentionally. Are you cooking, spending time with loved ones, or relaxing? How do you feel as you tuck into bed?

This exercise is inspired by Debbie Millman’s Ten Year Plan for a Remarkable Life. Led by Jen Pearson, this class will be hosted at the Hotel Lucine's Wellness Weekend. Write it all down—every detail of this perfect day. Keep this vision close, revisit it yearly, and watch the magic unfold.
