March 19 at 11am: Sound Healing & Breath Work for Busy Minds with Raiza de Vera

Immerse in soothing breathwork and crystal sound bowl resonance- perfect for busy minds craving a little peace. No previous zen experience required! Sessions will revolve around adaptable, holistic yoga instruction (restorative, Vinyasa, Pranayama, meditation, chanting, integrative Ayurveda, and guided rituals) and crystal sound bowl healing, all while keeping you comfortable in your work-threads-- so no need to change into workout clothes! Feel free to bring your own mat if you'd like; we'll also have yoga mats & meditation cushions available for spur-of-the-moment attendees. All you need to bring is your body!
