Join Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach & Meditation Teacher, Emma England, for Wellness Wednesdays - a monthly lunchtime reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore calm. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful reflection, and simple grounding practices.
Each month brings a new seasonal theme to support your wellbeing and help you move through the year with more ease and balance - all while enjoying a freshly prepared, nourishing lunch from Billingtons.
April: Steady Energy
Wednesday 29th April | 12:30–1:30pm | £20 per person
As spring continues, it's easy to feel pulled in multiple directions - busy schedules, new projects, and the pace of the season picking up.
This session is designed to help you restore steady, sustainable energy - supporting you to feel calmer, more focused, and better equipped for the weeks ahead.
You’ll be guided through a soothing 40-minute mindfulness, meditation and breathwork practice, to help you:
• Restore calm and reduce mental overwhelm
• Build steady, sustainable energy
• Improve clarity and focus for your week
You’ll finish the session feeling grounded, refreshed, and quietly energised, followed by a nourishing seasonal lunch to support your mind and body for the rest of your day.
