Join us for Wellness Wednesdays–a four-week series where Lincoln community experts will facilitate a restorative wellness activity. This opportunity is open to military members (past and present), frontline healthcare workers, and their loved ones. This series is available at no cost to participants thanks to the generosity of At Ease USA supporters.
This is an adult only series. Registration is required.
