Wellness Wednesday with Pursuing WellnessOn the first Wednesday of every month, Pursuing Wellness will be joining The Healthy Spot during weigh-ins to help participants start the month off strong. Alongside their scale check-in, guests can complete a quick Wellness Wheel that looks at all areas of life; physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual, and more.
In just a few minutes, participants will walk away with:
• A snapshot of where they feel balanced or imbalanced
• One actionable goal they can focus on for the month
• A simple tool like a quick breath reset to keep them on track
Our goal is to encourage whole-health living, beyond the scale, and help each person feel equipped with a small, practical next step.
