Join us for Wellness Wednesday: Giving Back, a community event where we prepare and share nourishing meals for those experiencing hard times. Volunteers of all experience levels are welcome to help with cooking, packaging, and cleanup.

This is a judgment-free, compassionate space focused on care, connection, and community — turning meals into acts of wellness.
