Join us at the Pride Center for Wellness Wednesdays, an evening of mindful meditations, positive affirmations, and LGBTQ-centered self awareness & enlightenment practices.This event takes place every first Wednesday of the month from 6 to 8 pm and is open to everybody ages 18 and up. No registration required – just show on up for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation!
