Wellness Wednesday at St. James Park with Downtown Yoga Shala

Join us for Free Yoga Sessions at St. James Park hosted by Downtown Yoga Shala!

Unwind with a free yoga session every Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at St. James Park. Hosted by Downtown Yoga Shala, these outdoor sessions will run for eight weeks, from July 2nd to August 27th..

Please be sure to fill out the attached waiver.

• Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Day: Wednesdays
• Dates: July 2nd to August 27th.
• Location: St. James Park (N Third St. & E Saint James St)

What to Bring:

• Your yoga mat
• Towel
• Water to re-fuel yourself

Parking:

• Free street parking after 6 p.m. around the park perimeter

• ParkSJ: Third Street Garage (95 N. Third Street, between St. John and Santa Clara streets) *First 90 minutes free
