Held in the peaceful garden space of SoFA Pocket Park, this 90-minute journey is designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in community and nature.

• Grounding time in nature and space for reflection
• A supportive space open to all levels of experience

Whether you're new to movement and meditation or a longtime practitioner, this event is open to all bodies and all levels. Bring a yoga mat, water, an open heart, and anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors.
