Join us the 1st Sunday of every month for an invigorating and grounding experience with Fronting Life — where movement meets meaning in community.
✨ Light Yoga – Awaken your body with gentle, accessible movement
🧘 Sunset Meditation – Center your mind as the sun sets
🌅 Connection – Stay after for music, conversation, and presence with community
Whether you're new to yoga and meditation or returning home to yourself, come as you are. All are welcome in this space of healing, presence, and togetherness. Also Yoga + Meditation is optional you are welcome to just come hang out with a supportive community.
🧡 Look for the orange tent on the beach — you’ll see us straight ahead as you walk from the lot.
🚗 There is a pay-to-park lot right before the entrance.
💛 Free to attend • Donations welcomed
🎶 Bring a mat or blanket, and stay for the sunset
