Through movement, meaningful moments, and community care, we center your well-being and remind you how your joy, rest, and healing matter always. We are a non profit organization that supports moms in need of mental health and wellness.

March Into Motion: Walk Across Texas is our annual spring walking challenge designed to help Black moms build consistency, community, and confidence through movement.

From March through May, we will collectively walk the distance across Texas—every step from every mom counts.

Please consider a donation! Our goal: Raise $5,000 by the end of May to support 18 Black mothers navigating a mental health crisis or major life transition before the end of the year.
