Take in the natural beauty of Kingwood Center Gardens and breathe in fresh air. Dress for weather including appropriate footwear. Trek a 3/4 mile loop and finish with a 10-minute stretch session designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion. Feel refreshed and restored in mind, body, and spirit.
Free for members. $10 for non-members. SilverSneakers® are free (must show card upon arrival).
Registration for group exercise classes will open ONE WEEK prior to each class. Classes may be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
