Wellness Unlocked: 8 Keys to Mental Strength

This 90-minute interactive workshop introduces participants to the 8 Dimensions of Wellness—emotional, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental—and how they collectively influence mental health and overall well-being.

Through guided reflection, small-group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will assess their current wellness balance, identify strengths and growth areas, and explore realistic strategies to enhance daily well-being. The session emphasizes the interconnected nature of these dimensions and provides simple, actionable tools to support resilience, stress management, and sustainable self-care.

Participants will leave with a personalized wellness snapshot and a practical action plan to strengthen at least one key dimension of their mental health.
