Whether you're active, returning to exercise, recovering from long hours sitting, or simply looking for a moment of self-care, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Modifications will be offered throughout the session, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
Benefits may include reduced muscle tension, improved range of motion, better body awareness, increased circulation, and a greater sense of relaxation and balance.
