Join us for a mindful meditation session and learn the skills necessary to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.The Live Easy Well-being Program is a transformative journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm and cultivate vitality in your everyday life. Anchored in meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and sound therapy, this program guides participants through practices that focus on specific topics like stress relief, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
Fee: $11.39 per participant. For ages 12 and up only.
This series will be offered for the following dates:

- Friday, March 21, 12-1 pm
- Friday, April 18, 12-1 pm
- Friday, May 16, 12-1 pm
