Come and join us for the next Wellness Seminar on Tuesday, May 21 @7pm. The topic is hydration. Together, we will explore simple ways to assess your own health and ways to test our personal hydration level, rather that relying on one-size-fits-all prescriptions. Our teacher is physical therapist, Francie Marzec, who meets her patients in a private suite at the Clarence HoneyhCome and join us for the next Wellness Seminar on Monday, May 21 @7pm.
