Take a mindful pause in your weekend with this gentle, nourishing wellness session designed to help you unwind and reset.
We’ll begin with a few calming yin yoga poses, allowing the body to soften and release deep layers of tension. From there, we’ll transition into slow, flowing Qigong movements to awaken and circulate energy, bringing a sense of ease and balance. The session will close with a couple of restorative poses, offering you time to fully relax, integrate, and recharge.
This class is slow-paced and accessible to all levels—perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, grounding experience.
What to expect:
Gentle yin yoga to release and open the body

Restorative poses for deep relaxation and renewal
Leave feeling calm, centered, and refreshed—ready to enjoy the rest of your weekend with greater ease.
Participants enjoy complimentary hot tea, hot towels infused with essential oils, and hot rocks from Lake Superior.
First-time students attend free of charge. Drop-in classes are priced at $25 per person. Alternatively, students may purchase a 5-pack of classes for $75 or 10 classes for $130.
