Saturday Wellness: Grounding Care for Feet & Legs
Give your feet and legs the attention they deserve in this deeply nourishing and restorative wellness experience.
We'll begin with a gentle yin practice featuring Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani), allowing circulation to improve while releasing tension and fatigue from the lower body. From there, we'll explore self-massage techniques using Tune Up Balls to awaken the feet, release tightness in the arches, and soften the calves, helping restore mobility and ease.
Our practice will conclude with a grounding restorative pose designed to support and soothe the legs. Bolsters will cradle the body in complete comfort while cool lavender pillows gently rest on the legs, creating a sense of grounding, relaxation, and deep release.
First-time students attend free of charge. Drop-in classes are priced at $25 per person. Alternatively, students may purchase a 5-pack of classes for $75 or 10 classes for $130.
