Wellness Saturday

It's been a long, harsh winter, and many of us are running on empty. If that sounds familiar, we invite you to take some time to slow down, breathe, and take care of yourself with our Wellness Saturday on February 21st at 10:00am. Nina of The Rose Frequency will be with us for an hour of spiritual and energetic healing that includes light stretching, meditation, breathing exercises, and sound healing. Then, Tiana will lead a workshop on journaling, affirmations, intention-setting, and self-care at 11:00am.

We hope you will join us for a morning of grounding and rejuvenation.

This class is pay what you wish (including nothing at all!) with a suggested value of $10.

NOTE: You are welcome to sit or lie down for the sound healing portion of this session. The room is lightly carpeted, so please bring any comfort items you may want (pillow, eye mask, blanket, mat, etc). A filtered refilling station is available for your water bottles.

Info: Box breathing exercises, followed by a body scan meditation to relax and open the mind

Info: Using crystal singing bowls and a variety of vibrational instruments, relax and allow your mind to drift as Nina provides energetic healing through sound and frequencies.

Info: Tiana will lead you through journaling for clarity and positivity, including intention-setting, affirmations, reflections, and more.
