The Perfect Wellness Retreat
Join us for a Fitness, Yoga, and Holistic Retreat that offers a variety of activities such as a Cardio workout session with a 90s theme known as MJM Workout then Hatha Yoga, and a Meditation Workshop. Our aim is to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can have fun, enjoy excellent company, and rejuvenate.
10.00 am- Meet and greet
10.30 am- Mjm Workout
11.30 am- Hatha Yoga/Sound Healing
12.30pm- Break, Tea and Meditation
We kindly request that you make an early booking for our MJM retreat, as this retreat is limited to only 10 clients. This is to ensure an optimal experience for all participants and to avoid any potential disappointment.
*Please note we will provide mats, Blankets, cushions etc. please can you bring along water.
This retreat is not suitable for pregnant ladies.
