Join us for two uplifting Wellness Retreat Days at the beautiful Beeforth’s Hive, nestled within the stunning South Cliff Gardens, Scarborough. Surrounded by sea air, gardens in full bloom, and the gentle sounds of nature, these days offer a chance to pause, breathe deeply and nourish your mind, body and spirit.

A Nurturing Journey Through The Elements
Let yourself be gently guided through a soulful exploration of the natural elements – Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Through meditation, mindful movement, nature connection and creative expression, we’ll invite balance and renewal into your life.

Awakening Bliss Through The Five Senses
A joyful, sensory-rich day designed to awaken and enliven your senses. We’ll explore mindful activities that connect you to sight, sound, touch, taste and smell – inviting you to experience life with fresh awareness and gratitude.
