We’d love to welcome you to a day full of self care & self journeying - set in the stunning surroundings of ‘The Old Barn’ at Esholt. A day devoted to finding that inner peace, beckoning you deeper into your own power and stepping out of your busy life schedule. Make connections with like minded people and immerse yourself in well deserve ‘me time’. Treat yourself - you deserve it ❤️❤️AIM OF THE DAY
The aim of the day is simple : to allow you space and time to relax, recharge and reflect whilst participating , often, in transformative experiences.

🌟welcome / introductions and grounding activities
🌟relaxing mindfulness practice
🌟shamanic journeying and ceremony
🌟lunch- provided with a drink
🌟reflection and connection
🌟reiki meditation
🌟soothing sound bath played by two practitioners accompanied by healing reiki
❤️YOUR HOSTS
You are in safe hands as you work with 3 qualified practitioners. We have years of experience between us of holding space, through teaching / counselling / nursing / military endeavours and life challenges 🙏 As well as this we will be joined by a shamanic practitioner who will guide us in a shamanic journey and ceremony.

All you need to do is message or ring Paula on 07545240525. A deposit of £45 secures your place - payment in full by 10 th November. ( Cancellation - if you need to cancel your deposit can be returned if we receive notice on or before 10 th of November and if we can fill your space. After the 10 th November refunds are based on individual cases ).
❤️WHAT DO YOU NEED
On the day you will need a mat / blanket and pillow and some pennies if you wish to purchase additional drinks to the one that accompanies lunch. Iced Water will be freely available throughout the day.
