Wellness on the Water is back and bigger than ever.
Join us on May 9, 2026 at the Lake Charles Event Center for a full waterfront wellness festival designed to bring together movement, recovery, self-care, and community in one elevated experience.
What began as a humble 5K has evolved into a high-energy, festival-style event featuring immersive activations, regional vendors, national wellness brands, and opportunities to connect, recharge, and move at your own pace.
Whether you’re coming to run, explore, shop, sweat, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. There’s something here for you!
