The next wellness night is here!!Join us for a night of yoga at Beyoutiful Hot Yoga to connect with one another while having some fun with self-care.
2 class options are available - come for one or both!
6pm Hot Hatha Yoga
7:30 Yin Restorative Yoga w/ Jocelyn
About the classes:
Hatha is great for all levels! This is a wonderful starting class if you are new to hot yoga, with options for advanced yogis too. You will sweat, and you can rest as much as you need. Jocelyn, leader of our wellness committee, will be there to take class with you!
Yin is a relaxing restorative class that is also great for all levels. It is meant to be easy, helping to release stress, tension, tightness and more! Great for professionals, and anyone looking to relax and release while taking it slow. Jocelyn will be teaching this class.

If you are a member, these classes are free for you, too!
Not a member, but have been to BHY before? They are offering us a one-time use code "MIB" for a $20 class! (regular $34 for a drop-in)
We will be there for both classes, come join us for one or both!
You can register online via their website or the Beyoutiful Hot Yoga App ahead of time to save your spot and sign a waiver. You can pay ahead of time, or click "pay later" and pay at the door.
We highly recommend saving a spot as classes can sell out!
Doors open at 5:30p and 7p so if you would like to come connect and network you are welcome to for those 30 min before/between classes.
