Life situations stressing you out, come along and learn how to tap into your own unique knowing, knowledge and healing, learn how to heal your pain, hurt and frustration. Allow your self time to feel some relaxation. These sessions won’t last for ever, I will only be running a few more so don’t miss out.
Come along Monday 9.00am for start at 9.15am - 10.15 Monday 30 September, 7, 14, 21, 28 October. More dates may follow.

Come and enjoy Wellness Exercises in the Park,
- meditation to quieten the chattering mind and feel calmer
- gentle qigong, to help to start to feel fresher and more alive
- tapping, learn the basic tapping points to help you calm your nervous system, and learn how to use it in your everyday life.
One mini session available each week for a group member while the rest of the group gains borrowed benefits.
Let us enjoy the energy of a group in the open air in a lovely park close to the river surrounded by mature trees. If the weather turns inclement there is a great rotunda for shelter.

What to bring;
- Wear plenty of warm clothes as it can still be cold and we are outside, a blanket, Pillow, Journal, water bottle
- Chair.
- Bring a friend
My hope is that you too can enjoy group sessions and the joy and energy that can be generated, it leaves me with such great feeling, so my hope is that we can all enjoy this together, it will evolve and become something very special.
This group may not be for everyone.

Many of the techniques used are still considered experimental, with no guaranteed outcomes for any user. You must therefore agree to take full responsibility for your own mental and physical health and use of the techniques.

Drive into and past the Queens Park Golf Club, continue down the road to the playground and Rotunda.
After the event connect together for Coffee (at your own expense where ever the group decides).
I am a practitioner with Qualifications in IEP (Intention Tapping), Osteodouce (energy healing for body pain relief). Interests in Identity healing, (working with the inner child and trauma), and Trauma healing of varying modalities. Private sessions available.
