Welcome to Wellness in the Park, a serene sanctuary hosted by SERVING SUNDAYS!

Serving Sundays was created for the wellness curious souls out there to transform "self-care Sundays" into blissful adventures of self-exploration, fostering a sense of belonging among kindred spirits with big hearts, making it easy for you to unwind and explore parts of yourself together with community.

Our programming aims to strike the fine balance between safety and mystery... where our community can expect a unique experience each time with elements of familiarity.

• Wear Layers - San Francisco weather is a bit unpredictable

• Wear Sunscreen (this area is in direct sunlight)

• Parking: Street parking available on John F. Kennedy Drive

• Neutral-toned activewear and layers are recommended for a calming atmosphere

Wellness in the Park vs. Other Serving Sundays Gatherings:
This series is designed to immerse us in nature, offering the rejuvenating benefits of fresh air and greenery. We'll reset amidst the trees and by the water with restorative movement, mindfulness practices, and heartfelt conversations, all in a smaller, more intimate setting, ensuring accessibility for all on their wellness journey.
