We are redefining the idea of happy hour. It’s not about cocktails—it’s about connection, health, and well-being. We focus on building endurance, shedding fat, and energizing your life—all while meeting like-minded people. And guess what? It’s completely FREE for a limited time!We will start our first class with stretching techniques we use in Taekwondo along with high intensity cardio to assess your fitness and flexibility. We will continue to improve upon our program based upon your feedback and benefits you are getting .
We will run it every other Saturday, but we may increase the frequency if we see growing demand.
