In this 2hr workshop you’ll learn simple, effective movement and wellness practices you can do right at your desk - no mat, no special clothing, no experience required.
We’ll explore how long-term sitting and computer work not only affects posture, breathing, joints, and stress levels, but also your long-term health.
Learn & practice gentle movements, stretches, and breathing exercises to help you:
• Release neck, shoulder, and low-back tension
• Relieve / prevent pain in your wrists and hands
