• Men’s Wellness--------------$55.00 Includes: Everything in the General Wellness Package plus a PSA. A PSA blood test measures the level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in your blood to help screen for or monitor prostate health, including potential prostate cancer or benign prostate conditions.

• Women's Wellness----------$55.00 Includes: Everything in the General Wellness Package plus a TSH. A TSH blood test measures the amount of thyroid-stimulating hormone in your blood to help evaluate how well your thyroid is working.

Add-On Tests (Optional):

• Add on Iron, TIBC, Ferritin Panel & Vitamin D ---- $60.00 These blood tests check your iron levels and storage, evaluate iron-binding capacity, and measure Vitamin D to support overall health

• Add On Thyroid Panel includes T3 Uptake, T4 Total, Free T4, and TSH ---- $50.00 A thyroid panel measures key thyroid hormones—T3 uptake, total T4, free T4, and TSH—to help assess how your thyroid is functioning.
