In autumn we released old beliefs, ideas, and behaviors that no longer served us.In winter we nourished our bodies, our hearts, and put together our intentions for the upcoming year.
This spring, we celebrate RENEWAL!
This is your chance for all that hard work to start to come to fruition…for your plans and goals to begin to take shape…to really decide who and what you want to become and to make it happen.
Join us for the third installment of The Wellness Day Retreat: RENEWAL, on Sunday, March 23rd from 9am-1pm.
Begin the day with Kerri leading you through visualization exercises and focused journaling. We’ll focus on growth, new opportunities and what to do with them, strengthening your roots and empowering you to curate the life you dream of.
From there you’ll be led through somatic body movement to bring physical energy to your thoughts, ideas, and desires. This practice brings awareness and mindfulness to how you move through your life, physically and emotionally, and can assist you whenever you feel you need them in the future.
A delicious, nutritious brunch will be served with seasonal items that fuel and support your body’s needs and celebrate the abundance of nature.
From there we head into our Round Robin style offerings…
Rebecca, owner of Phoenix Skin and Body Wellness, is offering a seasonally crafted mini facial to help your skin ease into the newness of spring.
Rebecca, owner of Serendipity Cut Flowers, is offering a hands-on project to represent the parts of you through her organically, sustainably grown dried cut flowers. You’ll take home a vase with your creation as well!
Finally, Kerri is offering energy guidance in a private setting to help you gain clear direction with your ideas, projects, relationships, and more.
Each participant will leave feeling truly renewed and ready to take on the new season with energy, focus, and ambition!
We are keeping this retreat to a maximum of 12 participants, so be sure to save your spot as soon as possible!
