Picture this: a thoughtful walk through a preserve; a gentle yoga session; nature journaling; a hand-crafted meal with locally sourced ingredients; a morning spent with loved ones or embracing independence with a like-minded group. This is what we have in store for you at Wellness Day at the beautiful Hickory Creek Preserve — LaPorte Road Access. Join us for a day to connect with nature — and yourself — while unplugging and focusing on the present. Our sampling of wellness activities will stimulate your senses and invite you to relax and refresh your mind. Catered lunch by Chef Dan Casey is generously donated by Mistwood Golf Club’s McWethy’s Tavern.

The entire program will take place outdoors, so be sure to dress for the weather and bring water. The hike and activities may take place on paved and natural surfaces across uneven terrain.
