Rynpark Retirement Estate is excited to host a Wellness Day on Friday, 26 September, in the main hall at Rynpark 1.
Enjoy a series of informative talks covering important topics such as strokes, oncology, testaments, medication, mental health, post-surgery rehabilitation, and more.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to book your seat by contacting Sonja at Reception on 011 747 7000.
As September is Heritage Month, there will also be a variety of stalls to browse and enjoy.
